And I don’t just mean more, I mean like drink A LOT more water guys.
We all think that fats is the main culprit for those extra pounds we see on the scale. While that is true to a certain extent, a lot of us are forgetting the other contributor to our unsightly weight.
Some of us retain a lot of water in our bodies and we think that it’s all fat because frankly, it’s hard to tell the difference. I think some of us can agree that we’ve all had moments when we wake up and felt really bloated. It might just be water retention after all.
So how do you get rid of all that water weight?
Drink a lot more water daily. I know it sounds ironic that the solution to get rid of water is to drink more water but it’s true. Our bodies store more water when it realizes that it’s not getting the adequate supply of water it needs. So when we drink enough and a lot, our bodies are going to be like “Phew! So much water coming in we don’t need to hold on to anymore of that!”.
You’ll start seeing a less bloated you in the mirror, you’ll feel better and look so much better too.
So aim to drink those 8 glasses of water (or more) every day, because we might not actually be as fat as we think we are.
