The Easiest Way to Get Out of Your Comfort Zone.

Take 5 minutes today to do something that you don’t usually do in your daily routine.

This will be different for every person since everyone has different daily routines.

For some of us, it could be taking out the trash, talking to a sibling, going for a short jog or even eating lunch alone.

The point is to take that step out of that comfort bubble of ours for just 5 minutes and experience a snippet of what it’s like to do something that’s unfamiliar to us.

It might sound boring, awkward or even downright scary and that’s part of the thrill and suspense of getting out of your comfort zone. It’s not a bad thing at all and you’ll be surprised at what you might experience.
