How to Wake Up Feeling Fresh.

  1. Get at least 7 hours of sleep
  2. Drink a whole glass of water
  3. Take a cold shower

That’s all we need and we’re almost always guaranteed to have a productive morning if we do these three things.

Getting at least 7 hours of sleep is quite self-explanatory. If we don’t get enough sleep, there’s absolutely no way we’re going to wake up feeling fresh, even if we take a cold shower or drink a glass of water.

After we have 7 hours of sleep checked, go get a tall glass of water and drink it all. Make this the first thing you do after you wake up. Your body just went 7 hours without water so we need that replenished to get our bodies going.

If you’re still feeling groggy, this one is sure to give you an energy boost and wake you up – take a cold shower. It isn’t the most sane thing to do in the morning but it definitely works. Cold showers make you feel awesome and miserable at the same time, which is good because that means you’re completely awake now.

Now you can enjoy your productive and fresh mornings, even if you hate mornings.
