Some of us live our lives not laughing as much as we should. Some of us go days without laughing and that’s just not right.

Laughing doesn’t just make us feel good and improve our mood, it also increases our resistance to diseases because our bodies increase production of immune cells and antibodies when we laugh.

So if you want to be happier, healthier and more productive, laugh.

Every night before you go to bed, watch a funny video on Youtube and laugh.

Don’t underestimate what the power of giggling can do to your body and overall well-being.

Live life to its fullest and laugh.
