How to Handle Negative Thoughts.

When you feel like life isn’t treating you fairly, smile and let the thought go.
When you feel like giving up, smile and let the thought go.
When you feel lonely, smile and let the thought go.

Remember that these are just thoughts.

You can’t let them affect you unless you allow them to.

You’re always going to have bad and good thoughts and we can’t control how often or how much we’ll get them.

That’s okay.

We just need to recognize and acknowledge the bad ones and detach from them. Don’t let them affect you.

You always have a choice to make things better and only let the good thoughts affect you positively.

Counter that bad thought by thinking of a good one instead.
Counter that bad thought by getting up and getting some exercise.
Counter that bad thought by keeping yourself busy.

You don’t have to stay stuck in that negative state of mind.

Get up and do something about it because you CAN.
