Be thankful for 3 things that happened today.
It doesn’t matter if it’s currently in the evening or morning where you live. There’s always something to be thankful for and we don’t do it nearly enough.
It could be about anything and everything so don’t hold anything back.
Here, I’ll even share with you mine:
“I’m thankful that my parents are healthy and well.”
“I’m thankful that I have awesome friends at school.”
“I’m thankful that my younger brothers are genuinely good people.”
But say it out loud and really mean every word of it.
A lot of us tend to take the things we have for granted. Being thankful reminds us of all the good that we have in our lives and I can guarantee that you’ll feel a whole lot better when you realise how much awesome stuff you’ve got going on in your life.
Even if you come from a broken home or dysfunctional family or feel like the world is against you, just remember to focus on the good things you have in your life and not let the negativity consume you.
Be thankful about something every single day, and watch yourself change for the better.
