Productive Sleep.

A lot of people seem to have trouble sleeping.

You go to bed at 11pm.

You brain starts getting flooded with thoughts.

You toss and turn.

Before you know it, it’s 12.30am and you’re still wide awake.

Stop moving.

It helps your body a lot to relax simply by staying still and not moving.

This action itself (or lack thereof) should get you dozing off very quickly.

But if that doesn’t work, stop moving AND play a counting game.

And it’s fun too.

All you have to do is count each breath that you take while staying completely still.

When you wake up the next day, write down the number of breaths you took.

When you do this every day, you’ll start to realise that you’re falling asleep a lot more quicker.

You’re training your body to fall asleep more efficiently and it’ll become almost second nature eventually.

And that’s a good thing.
