You Are What You Eat.

We are what we put into our bodies.

Eat junk food and we’ll feel like crap.

Eat clean whole foods and we’ll feel awesome.

I’m actually a huge junk food eater. 

Especially fast food, believe it or not.

McDonald’s, KFC, Long John Silver’s, you name it.

I eat them on a very regular basis.

And It’s a bad thing to do.

It’s something that I’m constantly improving on.

And the negative effects are quite obvious to my health and well-being.

When I eat a ton of junk food the night before, I’ll wake up feeling groggier and tired than usual.

And my mind isn’t as sharp as it should be throughout the day.

We have a lot of options to choose from when it comes to food.

And junk food shouldn’t even be in any of those options.

Instead of grabbing a bag of potato chips, grab a bag of trail mix nuts instead.
Instead of eating a chocolate bar, get a granola bar instead.
Instead of having a soda, drink some fruit juice instead.

Even if you’re about to grab a snack, opt for healthier foods such as nuts or a granola bar instead of potato chips.

It’s almost impossible to justify why junk food would be beneficial for us in any way.

I tried and I couldn’t.

The days that I eat clean whole foods are the days that I feel my best.

And it should be the same for you too.
