Slow Down.

Moving about frantically anxiously burns up energy.

Just think of a laptop.
High-performance settings will drain the battery very quickly.
Low-performance settings will allow the battery to go on for much longer.

But the difference for a human is that performance also suffers as our energy depletes.

We become more unproductive the more tired we get.

We become tired a lot quicker.

So conserve energy as much as you can.

Slow down.

“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.”
– Lao Tzu
