Sleep Better With This Technique.

When you’re lying on your bed and getting ready to fall asleep, try out this technique to help you sleep better.

Count whenever you inhale and exhale.

For example,

Inhale: 1.
Exhale: 2.
Inhale: 3.
Exhale: 4.

Keep counting and see how far you can go before falling asleep.

To make things even more interesting, challenge yourself by setting a target number to count to such as 500 and see if you can reach it.
