Daily Exercise.

No matter how busy life gets, squeeze in some time for daily exercise.

Even if it’s just for a few minutes.

Take a brisk walk.
Do a few sets of push-ups.
Do a few sets of squats.

Anything at all.

As long as you stimulate positive growth every day by exercising.

Because doing something is infinitely better than doing nothing.
