The Power of Time – Healing.

Time heals.
Time recovers.
Time restores.

If you’re going through something in your life and experiencing negative emotions from certain events that occurred, let time do its thing.

You need time to grieve.
You need time to heal.
You need time to move on.

There’s just no way around it.

Things will get worse before they get better.

So spend the time and energy you have doing things you love and let time pass.

Some emotional wounds take a really long time to heal.

And on certain days it’ll feel like you’re being hit by a wave of negative emotions.

But just know that it will all come to pass in time.

You’ll be okay.
