Slow Down.

Pace yourself.

There’s no point in rushing anyway.

Life is a huge to-do list that doesn’t end.

You can probably relate to this if you’re an adult.

When you’re done with something, you’ll find that there’s always something that needs to get done next.

The grind never stops.

Yet in the end, everything gets done anyway.

Think of all the tough projects, assignments, homework, tasks that you’ve done in the past.

Everything gets completed in due time, one way or another.

Regardless if you’re doing it as quickly as possible or taking your time.

It all falls into place eventually.

As Lao Tzu once pointed out and said,
“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished”.

There’s no point in getting things done as quickly as possible.

You’ll just be stressing yourself out unnecessarily.

Take things at a comfortable pace.
Put in the time.
Let everything else take care of itself.

You won’t be burning yourself out and are more likely to be more productive in the long run too.

Even if a certain task needs to get done urgently, we grossly overestimate the urgency because we’re so caught up in our own (and probably others’) anxiety and stress.

Unless it’s a matter of life and death, it’s probably not going to be THAT urgent.

Take things slower, live better.
